A Motivational Weight Loss Plan

If you are reading this you have probably tried a few diets, often my clients can name a whole list of different ones.
My Healthy Habits Programme uses Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness to try and help you change the way you think about food.
The programme also includes a food diary analysis, Nutritional advice and healthy eating plan.
The programme consists of 6 modules but following an initial consultation, I will tailor the programme so that it is unique to you. Weight loss is a very individual thing, results cannot be guaranteed, they depend upon your individual circumstances and commitment to the process.
Module 1 A New Way of Eating
We start by talking about your experiences with weight loss and diets in the past. We Increase your awareness of your eating patterns through Mindful Eating.
